Terms of Reference Title: Service Delivery Manager The Service Delivery Manager will work under the supervision and direction of the UltiSat Program Manager and UltiSat Ops Manager and under the administrative management of Innovative Methods Consulting. The Service Delivery Manager is expected to perform, in no particular order of importance, the following activities: 1. Daily review and analysis of trouble tickets, trends and how these impact contracted Service Level Agreement (SLA) 2. Trouble Ticket review and escalation as needed. 3. Open/Update/Review/Follow up RMA (Return Material Authorization) open tickets 4. Operate as the main point of contact with UNHCR operations team 5. CIMT Data validation and update as required 6. Assisting in the Preparation of reports and in particular the monthly SLA and Bi-weekly SDM reports 7. Provide project management (PM) services as required, as well as support and guidance to other colleagues. 8. Provide project control to ensure the tasks related to the UNHCR program are adhering to the UNHCR contract with UltiSat. 9. Provide control of deliverables, Project Documentation, Project Status Reports and others as needed 10. Track the status of requisitions, RMA, trouble tickets and purchase orders, and engage with UNHCR or UltiSat team member for resolution, when necessary 11. Plan and attend key project meetings, including the preparation of presentations, action items and other project documentation such as detailed, comprehensive meeting minutes, 12. Assist the Program Manager, on project communication activities, 13. Undertake other tasks or assignments within area of competence as required. Send Cv. to [email protected]
