Job Description: As a Specialized Sales Executive at [Logistics Terminals freight services ] you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the freight services industry. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific requirements, and offering them tailored freight solutions. Responsibilities: 1- Proactively identify and target potential clients within the freight services industry. 2- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth. 3- Engage with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and present suitable freight services. 4- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business. 5- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. 6- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and reports. 7- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities. 8- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the company's overall success. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the freight services industry. In-depth knowledge of the freight services market, including industry trends, and competitive. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
