مطلوب موظفين IT Security Operation بالسعودية عمانمطلوب موظفي Support , Digital & Technology لشركة سعودية بالرياض للاقسام التالية : Application Support / Monitoring / IT Service Management Application Support Who are responsible for ensuring smooth operation of critical business applications in addition to manage relationship with different business teams to provide all needed support to fix their issue with IT systems within SLA and work with all related IT teams to solve any system issue might impact business. 1- bachelor's degree in IT 2- Strong background in application support and software development 3- Experience managing teams of technical professionals. 4- Familiar with ITIL processes 5- Excellent stakeholder management skills. Monitoring The Monitoring Officer will be responsible for monitoring the performance of IT systems and infrastructure, identifying and resolving incidents, and ensuring that service levels are met. They will work closely with other IT teams to ensure that all systems are functioning properly. 1- bachelor's degree in IT 2- Strong background in monitoring and incident management, 3- Experience working in a technical support role. 4- Familiar with ITIL processes 5- Good understanding of network infrastructure and performance monitoring tools. IT Service Managemnt Knowledge in the IT service management process, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management. Candidate requirements: bachelor in IT with strong background in IT service management, They should be familiar with ITIL processes and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
