Sales RepresentativeWe are hiring immediately for a Sales Specialist in our Food and Beverage Sector. The main goal is to drive growth and sales within the assigned region.rnWhat you’ll do:rn•tProspecting Focus Accounts in the Food u0026 Beverage market sector, key account management, project take off presentations, and new business development.rn•tFace-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.rn•tAssessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products.rn•tDeveloping and delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations.rn•tDeveloping medium to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.rn•tPartnering with the operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient mobilizations.rn•tEstablish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business.rn•tMake in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.rn•tTaking customer orders, Participate, review and oversee input of orders for customers via communication.rn•tReact timely to customer problems and needs.rn•tReview daily out of stocks, shortages, transportations issues and implement solutions quickly.rn•tReview, analyze and react to daily/weekly sales and margin reports looking for improvement opportunities.rn•tKeep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, trends and who the other distributors/sales organizations are in your market.rn•tDevelop a relationship with accounts payable (A/P) contact at every account.rn•tUpdate bid files, customer profiles, and customer call sheets to ensure proper pricing and accuracy of needed items-thus reducing costly credits and returns.rnSkills and Experience:rn•tDeep expertise of sales process, business development, understanding of meat industry, restaurant/culinary background with a shown capacity to quickly learn and apply new knowledge.rn•tConsultative sales ability.rn•tMust be self -motivated and accountable for time management without constant supervisor direction.rn•tExhibit strong customer relations skills and a sense of urgency in meeting customer needs.rn•tBasic computer skills and proficiency with MS Outlook.rnSend your resumes to
