Hiring Technical Manager immediately We need a Technical Manager Urgently for a leading Fit out and Interior Company for their mega Fit-Out projects in UAE. Must be having minimum 5+ years UAE/Gulf experience in similar position preferable Fit out & Joinery works. Qualification & Requirements: • He should have Bachelor Degree in Engineering • Should be expert in detailed Technicalities of Fit-out & Joinery Works • Must be able to manage full submittals according to project specs along with contract conditions, • Proficient Planning Skills • Good hands on FIDIC and Contracts • Must be self-driven to achieve goals • Excellent Managerial Skills to handle a large site teams • Excellent Coordination & Organizational Skills • Excellent Communications & Negotiation Skills • Good Team Leading and Time Management Skills • Should be good in Pressure Handling • Good in Problem Solving Skills Candidates who are meeting above criteria and available here in UAE for face to face interview are welcome to send their updated CV on below mentioned id.
