Admin Secretary
We are currently seeking an Admin Secretary to join the team of our client and play a crucial part in the organization. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary liaison between the manager and various stakeholders. • Screen and route phone calls, as well as manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. • Address requests and inquiries in a professional manner. • Organize and manage the manager’s schedule, including arranging meetings and appointments. • Coordinate travel logistics and accommodations. • Take dictations and minutes during meetings as needed. • Procure necessary office supplies and maintain inventory. • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs as required. • Establish and upkeep an efficient office filing system. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office suite. • Minimum of 35 years of relevant professional experience. • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and ability to stay motivated.
