Commission-Based Business Developer – Microsoft Cloud Services (Remote/U عمانTitle: Commission-Based Business Developer – Microsoft Cloud Services (Remote/UAE) Description: We are a Microsoft Partner offering M365, Azure, and Security solutions. We’re looking for a driven, commission-only Business Developer based in the UAE to help us grow by finding and closing deals with small and medium-sized businesses. What We Offer: No base salary, but generous commission (15%–25%) on every closed deal Flexible work (remote, part-time, freelance) Pre-sales support: demos, solution architecture, and Microsoft backing Work under an official Microsoft Partner brand Your Role: Identify and approach companies in UAE needing Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, or D365 Present and pitch our services (we provide a short deck) Coordinate handoff for delivery and support Build a pipeline of qualified prospects Ideal Candidate: Existing freelance visa or work authorization Sales experience in IT, cloud, or B2B Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Comfortable with commission-only income Interested?
