IT HELP DESK VACANCY Requirements: • Experience 1-3 years in the IT field • Good knowledge of Operating systems such as 7-8.1-10-11 installation and troubleshooting • Good knowledge of Server Operating system 2008-2012-2019 installation and troubleshooting • Good knowledge of network components such as Routers – firewalls - Access points - Switch- and cabling, configuration and management & troubleshooting • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office installation and troubleshooting • Good knowledge of Office 365 / Clouding • Good knowledge of CCTV configuration and management Please send C.V to: [email protected]
