Laundry and Ironing worker (واتس آب only ) مسقطWhatsApp no 76983998 Job Description: Ironing and Laundry Worker Position Overview: The ironing and laundry worker is responsible for ensuring that all laundry is cleaned, ironed, and presented to a high standard of quality. Ironing and handling delicate fabrics, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities: Ironing and Pressing: Iron clothes, linens, and other textiles to eliminate wrinkles and ensure a polished look. Use pressing equipment and techniques suitable for different types of fabrics. Inspection and Quality Control: Check items for stains, tears, or damage before and after cleaning. Rewash or repair items as necessary (e.g., stain removal). Organizational Duties: Organize completed laundry by type or client specifications. Maintain records for laundry collected, processed, and delivered if required. Equipment Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain, irons, and pressing equipment. Report any equipment malfunctions to management. Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area, including sanitizing machines, folding tables, and ironing boards. Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring proper handling of chemicals and laundry equipment. Customer Service : Interact with customers professionally to collect laundry, note special instructions, and process payments. Skills and Qualifications: 2-3 years Experience in laundry and ironing work (preferred). Familiarity with different fabric types and their care requirements. Ability to use various laundry and ironing equipment safely and efficiently. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift laundry bags. Basic organizational skills for sorting and managing laundry. Working Conditions: Indoor laundry facility with heat generated from machines and irons. Fixed work hours Salary is RO 130 Including housing and food allowances
