Part-Time Job Opportunity – Business Negotiator & سيلز مبيعات Representative (Omani Nationals Only) مسقطPart-Time Job Opportunity – Business Negotiator & Sales Representative (Omani Nationals Only) SILA TRADING CO is looking for a part-time Business Negotiator and Sales Representative to help us expand our market for building materials in Oman. Please note: This position is open to Omani nationals only. We currently offer part-time work only (no full-time opportunities at this stage). Payment is based on working hours or active days per week/month. The main compensation is commission-based, depending on sales performance. About the Role: You will represent SILA TRADING CO in the Omani market as a negotiator and sales agent. Your main responsibilities include: Finding and connecting with potential clients in Oman Communicating with clients through WhatsApp and email (in Arabic or English) Following up on leads, negotiating deals, and securing orders Attending client meetings (in person or via phone/video) Providing basic after-sales support and collecting feedback Industries & Products: We are active in the construction materials sector, offering a wide range of ceramic materials, architectural paints, and building stones. Your role will focus on helping us grow sales in these areas by identifying local opportunities and securing contracts. Compensation & Benefits: Commission-based earnings from every successful order If long-distance travel within Oman is required for client meetings, travel costs will be covered After 2–3 months of satisfactory performance, a fixed salary + commission structure may be discussed Note: Candidates who are interested in joining as interns are also welcome to apply.
