Secretary / Admin عمانSecretary / Admin Job Description • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment. • Scheduling meetings, appointments and conferences in / out the office. • Preparing reports and presentations. • Booking travel, transport and accommodation. • Handling filing system. • Full time workdays /hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 am - 06:00 pm Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in the English language • Has a strong personality and is able to handle pressure • Full knowledge of Microsoft office computer programs and the use of computer systems and various applications. • Preferable females' applicants Please send CV To Email: shippingjordan123@gmail.com
