CAREER OPPORTUNITIES An ISO certified Company one of a leading waste management of Industrial based in Muscat looking for suitable candidate who can join with good attitude and good experience in Call Center. Responsibilities: • Update the notes/resolution in all case ID’s while using the system. • Perform all jobs related to citizen complaints. • Maintaining daily & monthly report. • Coordinate with Operation team. • Serve as a role model in upholding the Company Code of Ethics as it is in the best interest. Requirements: • Well in Arabic & English Languages. • Qualification : Minimum required of General Diploma • Having a minimum of 2 years of experience. • Time Management & Discipline. • Ready to work in shifts. • Communication skills “Emails & MS Office”. • Gender : Female
