Job Description: - Manage and supervise mechanical engineering teams, subcontractors and project requirements as necessary to achieve the project goals according to schedule plan. With 7 years site experience. Responsibilities: - Manage supervisors, technicians, labors and subcontractors all the time as per daily construction plan.. - Ensure that the work complies with the project scope. - Participate in relevant meetings, adhere to the applicable inspection procedures and prepare progress reports, overhead plans and prepare materials or resources requests . - Identify difficulties and problems, devise acceptable solutions, and seek assistance as necessary. - Co-ordinate the team effort to complete any task as would be required and appropriate if assigned - Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency - Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 7 years site experience infrastructure experienceFamiliar with major mechanical disciplines as Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC systemsProficiency in English and preferably spoken and written in the Arabic languageStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workExpert with AutoCAD and Microsoft officeGood background for technical office activitiesمدى متوسط (خبرة من 4 إلى 10 سنوات)
