موظف خدمة عملاء/ كول سنتر حوليCall center agent. We are looking to hire call center agent for delivery company in Kuwait. * Only female ( Arabic And Filipino ) * Candidates holding transferable visa * Good communication skills in English & Arabic * customer service experience * High school certificate is a must Responsible: - Handle inbound and outbound calls De-escalate situation and involving dissatisfied Documents all customer interactions and order in the CRM system Collaborate with call center manager and the other call center agents to improve the customer service Insure to follow the customer service script follow All orders with drivers Maintain strong customer relationship. send resume to Email address [email protected]
