Job DescriptionAs a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the operation and maintenance of production facilities within joint venture projects with multinational corporations (MNCs) in the Oil and Gas industry. Your role involves ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications, compliance with safety protocols, optimizing facility performance, and developing comprehensive maintenance schedules. Job Requirements Facilities Management: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of production facilities, ensuring they meet technical requirements and operational efficiency benchmarks within collaborative ventures with MNCs.Safety Compliance: Enforce stringent compliance with safety protocols and global standards, leveraging expertise gained from successful multinational collaborations to create a safe working environment.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize joint venture facility performance and efficiency, fostering collaboration and synergy among different departments.Maintenance Schedule Development: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules utilizing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. These schedules will be pivotal in ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.Reporting: Regularly prepare and distribute reports detailing daily operational costs, performance metrics, and other relevant data to the respective managers responsible for overseeing operations. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in facility management within the Oil and Gas industry, preferably in joint venture projects with MNCs.Knowledge: Professional understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills with proficiency in English and Arabic proficiency preferred. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and demonstrated experience using SAP ERP systems for generating reports and analyzing operational costs.
