IT Engineer
A leading IT Support Company is looking for IT Engineer who has hands-on IT experience and knows how to handletechnical problems on a daily basis.1. Ideally candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience of Network administration,Desktop Support, Configuration and installations of Windows, MS Office Trouble shootingand network equipment. (Mac will be plus)2. Knowledge of Cloud Technologies VM applications, integrations Google Apps/Office 365 is aplus.3. IT Engineer will also perform basic diagnostic and recovery work on network equipment,upgrading and installation of clients PCs as well as operating systems if necessary.4. Require experience of managing LAN/WAN, hands-on experience required on WindowsServer 20032016, Active Directory/Domain Controllers, Additional Domain Controller also systems such as Microsoft exchange, must able to install or troubleshoot WindowsServer Email related issues in different scenarios, as well as needing to be familiar withnetwork monitoring and diagnostic tools, also knowledge of Cloud technologies, Virtualapplications, Google Apps, Office 365 deployment and integrations will be preferred.5. Must have knowledge of Backup procedures and applications.6. Should able to handle network equipment such as Access Points, NAS, Routers, Switches,Network Printer/Scanners etc.7. Reporting to the supervisor or concerned, communicate with staff and the customers tounderstand their needs and provide prompt assistance and support, also maintain technicaland user documentation, systems reports.8. Must possess excellent English communication skills.
