Social Media Marketing Specialist (PartTime)Hello,nnwe are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis and help us showcase our beautiful floral creations to a wider audience. nnnResponsibilities:n1. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote our flower shop and increase brand awareness. n2. Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIN and Pinterest, that highlights our floral arrangements, seasonal specials, events, and promotions. n3. Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive traffic to our website and increase online sales. n4. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience. n5. Designing and creating graphic artworks, Product Photography, and videos for social media posts. n6. Respond promptly to social media comments, messages, and inquiries to provide excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with our followers. n7. Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize content for maximum engagement and reach. n8. Develop a monthly marketing calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting on social media platforms. nnQualifications:n 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. n2. Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the retail or floral industry. n3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. n4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. n5. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content. n6. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canvan7. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making. n8. Highly organized and able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. n9.
