Site Construction Manager
Hiring Site / Construction Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE • Capable/Experience in Managing site Construction Work & Liaising with client and Subcontractor / Vendor. • Capable to Mange 450 manpower at site during project peak time. • Experience in Onshore EPC Projects especially in Substation, LV switchgear modification, UPS, Telecom PAGA, ACS, CCTV, F&G;, DCS interface, Civil substation building, and Minors works (Cable Trench, Foundation, Duct Bank Installation). • Experience to Manage Mechanical Handling / Lifting / Scaffolding Works for Installation of Civil & E&I;Equipment’s and its Structural. • By delegation from the Project manager, the site Manager has overall responsibility for construction and installation execution on projects. • Permanent representative on site with Customer Management. • Prepares the agenda and attends the site management meetings with Client. • Liaises with the Project Manager as necessary and keeps him informed of all problems related to contractual, planning & cost aspects. Reviews such problems with the Project Manager and proposes solutions. • Close Co-ordination with site engineers on matters pertaining to construction progress and cost reduction. • Reviews technical issues with the site team to ensure overall co-ordination of the works. • Manage the coordination & relations at high level with the client, subcontractors, and vendors. • Aware of WMS permit system and to attend the permit meeting at site. • Should have experience as a site manager of large EPC projects APPLY HERE https://gulfcareerhunt.com/site-construction-manager-abu-dhabi-uae/
