Academic supervisor التعليم - التدريس والتدريب1. planning tasks : • Annual Action school plan (as part of the school’s strategic planning process). • Academic Strategic plan. • Academic Training plan. • Academic accreditation plan. • Allocation plan. • Classes budget. • Marketing plan. • Remedial plans ( subject oriented). • Admission plan. • Mission and vision statement for the school. 2. Staff • Conduct Hiring, evaluating, and providing training to teachers and staff. • Supervise school personnel for the purpose of monitoring performance, • providing for professional growth and achieving. • Direct and guide teachers in preparing curriculum plans , scope &sequence and cross points plans . • Prepare staff handbook. 3. School operation • Ensuring and managing smooth operations of the school. • Taking a tour of the school and inspecting security and other important necessities. • Ensuring school activities are run according to MOE laws for education. • Planning and implementing budget for the school . • Prepare school allocations map . 4. students and curriculum • Adhering to schools policies and procedures. • Monitoring academic development and growth of the students. • Monitoring Curriculum Development. • Responsible for the coordination of the Academic Committee (department coordinators for each subject), and the supervision, evaluation, and recruitment of teachers, librarian, registrar and lab technician. • Oversees students’ disciplinary processes as required by the school policies and collaborates with the CEO in procedures with regard to student behavior according to the Code of Conduct. • Facilitate meetings, processes, etc. for the purpose of meeting curriculum guidelines and/or ensuring that state mandates are achieved. • Facilitate the development, communication implementation and evaluation of quality learning for the purpose of enhance excellence, equality and equity for staff and students. • Implement policies, procedures and/or processes for providing direction and/or complying with mandated requirements. • Intervene in occurrences of inappropriate behavior of students forth purpose of assisting students in modifying such behavior and developing successful interpersonal skills. • Participate in meetings, workshops and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions. • Perform other related duties as assigned for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit. • Prepare (quantity reports, student activities, correspondence, audits, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information. • Present information (e.g. budget overviews, accounting processes ,distribution formulas, etc.) for the purpose of communicating information, gaining feedback and ensuring adherence to established internal controls. • Represents the school within community forums for the purpose of maintaining ongoing community support for educational goals and/or assisting with issues related to school environment. • Prepare student handbook. 5. parents and partnerships • Communicate clear plans for parents satisfaction. • Prepare parent handbook. • Set clear calendar with dates for events and meetings • Prepare and run surveys for parents feedback . • Arrange partnerships in fields that supports schools vision and mission. 6. Committees • Plan committees and delegate once needed • Report committees plans and agreements to CEOexperience at least 5 years in educationمدى متوسط (خبرة من 4 إلى 10 سنوات)
