مساعد Dirctor أخرى- Drive revenue and profit increase to achieve the Segment`s ambitious growth as per segment strategy - Develop the business development strategy and drive its implementation - Be a key driver in initiating market requirements and work with other departments in the development of solutions and offers - Maintain relationship with key clients and prospects - Responsible of the overall management of the business development team across the different sub-segments - Work closely with marketing and other company departments to ensure the company remain competitive in term of cost, service portfolio and innovation - Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on competitors - Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.15+ years of experience in business development in the B2B food service industry, at least 5 years in managerial role.Operational experience or Facility management experience is a plus.Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. .Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.Strong networking capabilitiesمدى متقدم (خبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات)
