Employer Accounts Manager الموارد البشرية - التوظيف والتطوير- Builds strong relationships with local employers to generate future vacancies. - Generates a target number of vacancies per month through cold calling, mail shot and face-to-face meetings with existing and new employers - contributes to team targets for job outcomes in terms of job starts and sustainability - Identifies, agree and organize pre-job training needs of clients with employers where appropriate - Maintains quality records on management information system for use by the job advisors and fellow employer advisors - Works alongside job advisors to ensure they are aware of employer-led vacancies and to clearly communicate employers’ recruitment needs and interview processes - Engages with employer-focused partner organisations such as Chambers of Commerce and Business Forums and other key stakeholders to develop and strengthen employer contacts and engage their commitment to use the JPCMust be SaudiBachelor Degree in business management or similarAge between 25-35 yearsArabic/English Fluency is a MUSTExcellent presentation and written skillsExcellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a wide variety of clients and employersExcellent problem solving and negotiation skillsDemonstrates organisation & planning skills including time management
