Our vibrant 3-star hotel in Amman, Jordan is looking for a talented Front Desk & Sales Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our establishment and actively contribute to our guest acquisition and retention strategies. This unique role requires someone who can seamlessly manage our front desk operations while taking initiative in sales and marketing coordination efforts, particularly with tourist agents. Key Responsibilities: * Front Desk Operations & Guest Relations: Warmly welcome and efficiently check-in/check-out guests, providing an exceptional first impression. Manage reservations, answer hotel inquiries (in person, by phone, and email), and handle guest requests promptly and courteously. Process payments accurately and maintain precise guest records using our hotel management software. Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times. Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming calls and walk-in visitors. * Sales & Marketing Coordination: Actively engage with potential guests and walk-ins, showcasing hotel rooms, services available, and special offers to drive bookings. Proactively communicate and build strong relationships with tourist agents, managing their inquiries, providing information, and securing group or individual bookings. Identify sales opportunities during guest interactions and follow up on leads generated from inquiries. Assist with basic marketing tasks, including managing social media inquiries, drafting promotional content for internal displays, or updating online hotel listings under supervision. Compile and provide feedback from guest interactions and sales efforts to management to help improve services and offerings. What We're Looking For: * A female candidate with a strong passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and a proactive attitude. * Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages (written and spoken) is essential. * Proficient computer skills, including experience with hotel management software (PMS/CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a proactive approach to challenges. * A smart and professional appearance that reflects the quality and image of our hotel. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse guests, tourist agents, and team members. * Prior experience in a hotel front desk role is a plus, especially with added marketing or sales responsibilities. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by hotel operations. Education & Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business is highly preferred. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hotel or tourism industry. * Familiarity with sales or marketing principles and a willingness to learn and apply them.
