Field سيلز مبيعات Uniforms & Tailoring محافظةالوسطىJob Type: Full-Time Location: Bahrain Contract Term: Minimum 2 Years (Renewable based on performance) Shop Time : 9am to 9pm Friday : Off *Key Responsibilities:* Develop and manage client relationships in industries requiring uniforms & Tailoring Conduct on-site visits to customer locations to understand requirements, present products, and close deals. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery. Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, quotations, and client communications. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. *Requirements:* Education & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably uniforms. *Skills & Competencies:* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Good knowledge of uniform materials is an added advantage. *Other Mandatory Requirements:* Valid Driving License (must be able to travel locally and regionally for client visits). Own Vehicle (optional – specify if company provides transportation or allowance).
