Food & Beverages Cost Controller مسقطAnalyze daily food and beverage costs and identify variances from budgets and standards. Monitor portion control and waste to minimize unnecessary expenditure. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations. Review inventory transactions to ensure accuracy in stock levels and costs. Track and report on stock discrepancies and wastage. Monitor cost control procedures and systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food standards. Coordinate with auditors during financial and operational audits. Prepare and present regular reports on cost trends, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
