General Accountant مسقطAccountant Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare monthly and annual financial reports Process payroll and employee reimbursements Perform bank and account reconciliations Ensure tax compliance and timely filings Assist with budgeting and cost tracking Support audits and prepare required documentation Use accounting software for daily tasks Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus 2+ years of experience in a similar role Skills Required: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Attention to detail and analytical thinking Good communication and organizational skills Valid Omani License Softwares knowledge
