Hiring for HR مسقط
Hiring for the role of an HR Manager for the HR department in various aspects of human resource management. The responsibilities and duties associated with the position:  Recruitment and Onboarding  Employee Relations  Compliance and Documentation  HR Policies and Procedures  General Administrative Support  Health and Safety Compliance  Employee Engagement and Wellbeing  HR Technology and Systems  Maintain employee records and handle employee inquiries.  Assist in payroll administration and benefits coordination. Skills Required:  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities  Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices  Organizational and time management skills  Attention to detail and confidentiality  Ability to work in a team and independently  Fluency in Pakistan, Urdu, English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is mandatory.  Strong leadership and team management abilities.
