Job Vacancy – Sales Representative Shoman Medical Equipment Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at our new branch in Amman. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers, providing professional consultations on medical equipment. • Manage the sales process efficiently from inquiry to closing. • Maintain and organize the showroom to create an inviting environment for clients. • Address customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns at the branch. • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with suppliers. • Support branch management in daily operational activities. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related medical/healthcare field. • 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare products. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking). • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
