Office Manager الإدارة - إدارة عامة وإدارة أعمالOffice Manager for Law Firm Role Brief: - Besides the general office management duties such as booking appointments arranging schedules ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment - An Office manager for law firm will also be obligated to assist paralegals legal secretaries in creating legal documents, researching laws and cases, and meeting with clients to open client files. - In addition to the obligation to have access to legal documents and cases; they are responsible for filing and tracking large amounts of data and information. Roles and Responsibilities: - Act as the right hand of the General Management team of the firm. - Manage all tendering work for the firm and making sure that all relevant documents are archived and are submitted where needed. - Billing and collections. - Managing the facilities and the procurement of equipment's needed internally i.e. pens, notebooks, company files etc. - Maintaining office records. - Assisting with recruitments. - May be involved in compiling legal research. - Coordinating clientele marketing. - Minimum Job Requirements: - A career as Azzer Law Firm office manager you are required to to have a bachelors degree in a relevant displine within law and previous job experience working in a law firm, preferably in a role with at leadership responsibilities. - Other qualifications include administrative skills, such as data entry and organizational skills. - You also need strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - You should have a positive attitude and be willing to adjust your daily tasks to fulfill the necessary duties at the law firm. - Law office managers must be team players with outgoing personalities and excellent leadership skills.Experience 4- 10مدى متوسط (خبرة من 4 إلى 10 سنوات)
