personal مساعد عمانPersonal Assistant (Full-Time) – Legal Office We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of our legal office. The ideal candidate will have a background in business or accounting, excellent command of English, and a strong commitment to efficiency and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Support the Managing Partner with daily administrative and operational tasks Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and follow up on key deadlines Organize client files, documents, and correspondence Assist with accounting and invoicing tasks (basic bookkeeping, payment tracking, etc.) Prepare drafts, reports, and internal office memos Handle email correspondence and communication in English and Arabic Ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or assistant role Degree or background in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field Excellent organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.) Professional demeanor and dedication to the role What We Offer: A dynamic and professional working environment Opportunity to grow within a reputable legal office Full-time position, based in Amman To Apply: Please send your CV and cover letter to [email protected] with the subject line: “Personal Assistant Application – [Your
