Project Manager الهندسة - المدنية والمعمارية- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing superstructure projects (high-rise buildings, commercial towers, or similar). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in project planning, budgeting, and coordination with stakeholders, and proficiency in construction management tools Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all phases of superstructure projects from planning to completion - Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to meet project specifications - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Mitigate risks and resolve project challenges effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldProficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or AutoCADPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus5+ years of project management experience in superstructure constructionStrong knowledge of construction methodologies (e.g., reinforced concrete, steel frameworks)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsمدى متوسط (خبرة من 4 إلى 10 سنوات)
