Purchasing Officer المبيعات والتسويق - دعاية وإعلانKey Responsibilities: - Manage procurement processes for materials, goods, and services required for company operations. - Identify and evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices and terms. - Analyze market trends and conditions to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing decisions. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product availability and timely delivery. - Maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions and inventory levels. - Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and relevant regulations. - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to strengthen partnerships. - Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that may arise during the procurement process. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the Saudi marketProven experience working with reputable companies in the regionStrong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and writtenDeep understanding of procurement processes, supplier relationships, and market dynamicsFamiliarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in the Saudi marketAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesFluency in both Arabic and English is preferredمدى مبتدئ (خبرة اقل من سنة إلى 3 سنوات)
