Telephone sales representative المبيعات والتسويق - دعاية وإعلان- Represent company services in a professional and successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer service experience. - Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule. - Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells. - Interact regularly with customers (cold calling – face to face meetings) to understand their needs and recommend the suitable solution for them. - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. - Prepare regular reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services. - Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. - Retain current customers, approach new potential customers and restore business relation with old customers. - Develop the sales information system including customer database and keeping it always updated and available on time to support the decision-making process. - Continually attempting to penetrate new markets. - Coordinate internally with the involved departments to ensure smooth handling of the customers`requirements0-1 years experienceBachelor degreeخريج جديد (بدون خبرة)
