Workforce Development & Operations Coordinator عمانWe're Hiring: Workforce Development & Operations Coordinator – “Auto Park” Project Location: Amman, Jordan - Company: Dallah Group / Dallah Al Barakah. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team for the launch of Auto Park, a ground-breaking underground car service facility located in Abdoun. This one-of-a-kind project will include advanced EV services, car rental/showroom spaces, customer lounges, car maintenance, car wash, and more — all built around efficiency, technology, and sustainability. Role Overview: As the Workforce Development & Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and structuring the workforce for this new facility. You will play a key role in establishing HR policies, operational guidelines, and employee conduct standards from the ground up. This role will begin during the pre-launch phase, with the selected candidate expected to assist in building the full operational and service setup and support the successful opening of the project. You will also ensure that all services offered align with premium service standards and assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns. This is a foundational role for the success of the Auto Park project. Key Responsibilities: • Lead recruitment and onboarding across all departments • Develop and deliver training programs and onboarding materials • Draft job descriptions, performance KPIs, and SOPs • Build internal policies and employee conduct guidelines • Coordinate between management and staff during setup and launch • Ensure compliance with Jordanian labor regulations • Establish reporting structures and communication protocols • Design and implement the structural and service framework of the facility • Ensure services meet high-end, premium industry standards • Support in planning and promoting the service and business launch • Assist directly in opening the facility and operational execution • Begin work during the pre-launch phase and contribute to foundational company setup Qualifications: • 6+ years in HR, training, operations, or organizational development • Background in training and workforce development within top-tier service industries (e.g., hospitality, automotive, aviation, retail, or healthcare) • Strong knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices • Fluent in Arabic & English Preferred: Send your CV and a brief cover letter to [email protected] or [email protected] with the subject line: "Workforce Coordinator – Auto Park Project" Applicants must also include the following: • At least two reference letters from previous employers • A copy of Social Security enrolment documents to verify work history • Samples or summaries of previous work related to start-up projects (e.g., policies created, onboarding plans, SOP manuals, etc.) • A sample Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document – submission of a relevant SOP is required to be considered for hiring
