Graphic designer الإدارة - إدارة عامة وإدارة أعمال• Designing & implement the development of policies and procedures. • Develop & implement new organization structure policy and design with organization charts, unit descriptions, job descriptions, KPIs & objectives. • Plan and lead short- and long-term planning for OD programs. • Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance employee performance's effectiveness in achieving the company's goals and objectives. • Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans, • Consults with management on performance to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance. • Design, implement, and oversee the performance process, monitor compliance with the timetable, and work with the function head. • Establish and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers. • Development and improvement of the system and strategies to achieve organizational goals.مؤهل دبلوم فاعلىلغة انجليزية بمدى عاليمدى مبتدئ (خبرة اقل من سنة إلى 3 سنوات)
